Great product as expected from Baldwin, easy install into existing door. Ordered a LH lever, packaging info says LH, but received RH lever. MyKnobs has ordered correct lever. Two minor issues; cheap china cardboard box shipped in was very flimsy, shipping tape literally kept box together to my door and good luck finding ANY info on how to use the z-wave wireless connection, NO documentation for it or even what current app to use.
